For Creators

Creators are individuals or entities who use Conectr to sell digital products, host courses, provide one-on-one sessions, or build communities.

By using Conectr’s tools, you can:

• • Sell digital products and downloadable content.
  • Host courses, communities, or live sessions.
  • Offer paid consultations or mentorship.
  • Manage bookings and engage your audience directly.

You agree to use these tools responsibly and only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activity.

Receiving Payments and Payouts

Creators can receive payments through Conectr’s integrated payment partners, such as Paystack , Stripe , or Flutterwave . Transactions may be one-time, recurring, or subscription-based.

• Funds are typically processed within 1–7 business days and will appear in your Conectr wallet.
• You may withdraw funds in your preferred currency depending on your payout method.
• Conectr charges transaction and payout fees, which may vary based on location, currency, and payment method. The latest fee structure is always available on our official pricing page. Applicable taxes and payment‑provider fees may apply.
• Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes associated with their earnings.

We may hold or delay payouts if we detect suspicious activity, pending chargebacks, or compliance checks.

Fees

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following cases:

• Transaction Fees: a small percentage deducted from each sale.
• Payout Fees: based on your withdrawal method or location.
• Subscription Fees: if you upgrade to a premium plan.

All fees are shown on your creator dashboard and may change with notice.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Creators set their own refund policies. Conectr does not issue or approve refunds directly unless required by law. We may, however, assist in dispute resolution at our discretion.

If a chargeback occurs, Conectr may:

• Dispute Handling
  • Deduct the disputed amount from your balance or future payouts.
  • Impose administrative or processing fees.
  • Temporarily suspend payouts during the investigation.

Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account termination.

Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of all content you create and sell on Conectr. However, by using our Platform, you grant Conectr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote your content solely for operating and marketing the Platform.

You agree not to upload, sell, or distribute content that:

• Violates any law or infringes on another person’s intellectual property rights.
• Contains illegal, harmful, or misleading material.
• Promotes violence, hate, or discrimination.
• Includes sexually explicit or adult content.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

For Customers

Customers may purchase or subscribe to creators’ products or services through Conectr. Upon payment, you receive a non-transferable, limited license to access the purchased content for personal, non-commercial use.

Refunds, cancellations, or access revocations are subject to each creator’s policy. Conectr is not liable for any disputes, dissatisfaction, or product quality issues between creators and customers.

Prohibited Activities

Users (creators and customers alike) must not:

• Use Conectr for gambling, scams, pyramid schemes, or financial trading.
• Promote or sell adult content, weapons, or illegal substances.
• Mislead users about your identity or earnings potential.
• Use the Platform for harassment, hate speech, or fraud.

Violations may lead to account suspension, withheld payouts, or permanent termination.

Third-Party Services

Conectr integrates with third-party providers for payments, analytics, hosting, and communication. By using Conectr, you consent to data processing by these providers in line with our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for failures, errors, or downtime caused by external services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Fraudulent or high-risk activity is detected.
• You fail to complete KYC verification when required.

Upon termination, access to your account, wallet, and data may be restricted. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or liabilities.

Limitation of Liability

Conectr is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, security, or fitness of the Platform for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conectr shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of income, profits, or data.
• Any dispute between creators and customers.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to Conectr by you in the preceding three months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Versatile Technologies Ltd, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Conectr, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for users outside Nigeria, and the laws of Nigeria for users operating within Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of those jurisdictions respectively.

Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above and notify users where appropriate. Continued use of Conectr after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
